In a nutshell doug, you cannot tailor discounts based on a OEM's sales but only on volume discounts for all purchasers...everyone gets the same deal...

You would lose most suits. if you can't comprehend what is clearly written. I guess you are from the Intel "School of Denial".

As for links, you already should have read about the 3M case from the links already provided and antitrust (part of Competition per EU) in general. You can use a search engine. You have shown that in previous posts. Else you are in "denial".
