At our last contract in May the union state President stood up at the table red faced screaming and stated you f-ing contractors have made money for too long and we are by god going to put an end to that. I said you are a moron. After he was done screaming I said like I was saying, you are a moron, if you insure that I can't make money then I'm going to close my doors and you idiots will have nowhere to work. He just started ranting again about us making too much money. They truly don't get it. That was the first and last meeting I attended. We have an association with a paid negotiator. I figured he gets paid to listen to that ignorance, I don't.
