As with the history of war, each era of war is unlike anything of the past. In the era we are approaching we will be taking sides not as country against country or region but it will be people of common principle against people of no principle. Cultures, ideologies, politics, ethnicities, religions etc must declare a common enemy ... one that exists both within their groups and without. The enemy is extremism; it is pandemic, popular, and worthy. So who is it that we in Democracy are lining up to fight, and who is going to continue their fight with us??????
