Here's one way for a builder to dispose of unsold homes.

Home Raffle -- 30 July 2007

Dear Associates:

California Home Builders is pleased to announce our partnership with Kadima Hebrew Academy for a Million Dollar Home Raffle ( valleyhomeraffle.com ). We and some of our vendors have donated a substantial amount so that Kadima will be able to raffle one of our brand new, fully furnished, 3475 sq. ft. West Hills homes valued at $1 Million dollars.

Ticket prices are $150 each and Kadima hopes to sell 18,000 tickets by November 4. There are multiple opportunities to win additional cash prizes totaling $120,000. The raffle launched on July 11. Contributions will make a difference in the lives of many children.

Attached you will find a web banner that was created for use on your company website . If this is something you are able to do with a link to the www.valleyhomeraffle.com website, please do so. We also have available beautifully designed flyers with order forms (sample attached). Perhaps you have friends, colleagues, vendors, family who should receive them. If you would like to receive some flyers, please contact Allison Krumholz at akrumholz@kadimaacademy.org or at 818-346-0849, ext 127 and she will get them to you asap. I encourage you to send them out and ask them to order tickets! Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We have had the cooperation and commitment of many of our subcontractors in making this fundraising raffle possible. Thank you so much for joining Shawn and Dorit Evenhaim in support of this wonderful community organization. It means a great deal to the Evenhaims, and even more to many wonderful children and to the future.

Thank you for your continued support.

The LAST figures you gave indicated 0.2% overs
tatement. Now you say 1%. Which is it?

And doesn't this mean all Clinton's figures were OVERSTATED TOO?
