Your chart makes my point: Every July is relatively safe in Iraq. But this is the deadliest July for US troops yet.

Calling the deadliest July ever in Iraq a sign of progress, is really a sign of how desperate you guys are for some good news. You'll spin anything...

The Iraqi government is on vacation and our troops are getting killed at the highest July rate yet. August will almost certainly be deadlier than July. There's no good way to spin that. But of course you'll try...
