it is very important to measure your water intake if you are on blood thinners etc. if you do not drink enough water and get dehydrated you will end up with blood clot.and e.r.

i have been there a few times with my wife though out the years. she will get confused, run high temp and yet appear to be functioning.. it took me a long time to connect warmer weather, medication , water, etc it is a balance all the time. First thing each morning i filled a picture of water about 48oz. i knew by the end of the day if she drank enough required water. If you go by various tables and weight they will say that 48 oz is minimum. and you should be drinking much more. I told dr. she spends her time drinking and bathroom all day now. well i wouldn't go below 48 oz. hmmm.

then throw in bp pills,, water pills, diabetic pill, thyroid pill, steriods, etc you got your lab running in your house.

If you're out in the heat, you're suppose to drink water and something to replace the electrolytes that your body is sweating out. Same with sports.
