LIAR. If you are sick in Canada, you dont even need an appointment. You walk in, get cared for and there is no charge. Quit lying about the Canadian system trying to are Americans. Our system is a huge ripoff gamed by corrupt GOP politicians and HMO and Pharma lobbyists. We are spending twice what we need to and therefore getting half the quality for our money.
