re: violation of the law

What law?

Who says you can't have a pricing schedule on uP from qty 1 to 200M per year. Any customer would fall within that schedule.

Who says you can't have a pricing schedule for each customer or each size of customer?

So funny, smooth jumps in completely clueless, but spitting mad and ready to fight nevertheless.

Why should we school you all over again, when it didn't take the last ten times we've been over it?

"Who says you can't have a pricing schedule on uP from qty 1 to 200M per year."

No one.

Next straw man!

"Who says you can't have a pricing schedule for each customer or each size of customer?"

That is where it gets dicey. That has to be justified on economic grounds for the larger competitor. And that isn't an easy thing to do.

3M didn't manage to do it. Just to take one recent example.
