As you have said many times, if they get too blatant using the printing press here simply to let the party carry on unabated, our heroes will probably PO any remaining US treasury buyers once and for all, and thereby bring the whole house down Better strategy to just let the share prices of the financial houses bleed a little bit in a public act of contrition to try to convince everyone that they've seen the error of their ways, and that they will never ever ever try to over-leverage or manipulate the market ever again so help them God. I trust them on that one, how about you? And maybe they'll get away with it for now, too. Kind of like whistling past the graveyard -- everything will be fine until somebody yells "BOO" and the selling starts again
