Silly post.

There was no actionable intelligence for Bush to act on....even less for Clinton with respect to the first WTC attack....the failure was a decades long policy of ignoring these animals starting with Reagan himself and the pullout in Lebanon after all the Marines were killed.

And if anything bad happens Bush just has to get hold of Norad in Cheyenne Mountain, Colo. Which is closer to texas so Bush can get in touch with them faster then if he was in DC
