That would mean that the formula for living peacefully with your neighbors is to kill them.

It's not the only formula, but it is certainly one that works. How do you think present day Australians earned peace with the Aborigines - chocolates every Sunday? A dead neighbor is not very violent.

Perhaps you could share your view with me. Do you think that an outsider like me should have any reason to believe that Israelis have a strong desire for peace and security as distinct from security and no peace? Do you think there is reason to be concerned that Israel has simply quit thinking about pursuing peace and no longer devotes their energies towards even thinking about peace much less acting on those thoughts?

I believe that if their neighbors would just leave them alone the Israelis would become hugely peaceful. Why not? However, as long as their neighbors keep expressing their desire to live where Israel is located, and Israelis don't want them to live there, nobody is going to suddenly "become peaceful".

You're discussing the wrong question. It's not about a desire for peace, it is about who controls land. Everybody likes peace if it is a peace of their choosing.

Your posts are even more la la la fantasyland than mine! Congrats!
