Do you think a Jewish state can exist in peace with its neighbors? Or do you think that Israel must move beyond being a Jewish state? Do you think that is viable?

I have no problem with a Jewish state. I don't really care. You should ask that question to the neighbors, not to me.

If I were a Palestinian I would say "pay me $10k (or however much) for the home you took in 1947" so I can build a beachfront home here in Gaza, and then I'd try to get investors for the new Gaza golf club, and open up an internet cafe, and encourage the Israelis to come pay me to play golf on their weekend.

Or maybe I'd to convert to Judaeism, and "return" to Israel :-)

I can think of lots of options that would deliver me a better life than setting up a so so rocket in my backyard and launching it across the border.
