If so, you can watch a few of them do their version of theatrical ballet then. I'll pass if you don't mind. No need to barf at this hour. These upper guys really appear to be a sad assed bunch. These Haditha marines that were abandoned by senior commanders who now appear innocent is another sickening example of the rot at the top.

It all began when we stopped promoting real fighting generals to the upper echelons of command. That must mean it's been going on for a long time... I did watch some of the hearings on FOX this morning....Rumsfeld in particular. Haven't looked on foxnews.com as yet, but they said they did have the hearing on streaming video.... How do the ROE's become written, and how are they actually passed into a Military Code? Are there minutes someplace that could tell us who signed off on them? Or does it work that way?
