Elroy, you are missing Nazine's point. If Israel starts accepting peace loving willing to assimilate non Jewish Arabs, it will defeat the purpose of so called "Jewish State". Thus, Nazine et al, will do anything to prevent it from happening, yet they refuse to move there.

If this is so how do you explain the 150k Pals that were granted citizenship by Barak not all being in jail at the moment?

Very simple answer: They are under Israeli law, and the Israelis don't let them get away with the sh-t that they own rulers would be having them do. That's why Tel Aviv does not look or act like Gaza, Elroy.

Most of the Palestinians - the people themselves, do not mind so much being under Israeli rule. You see them all the time, trying to get residency in East Jerusalem, protesting that the Security Fence should be moved, alway further east to include more Palestinian towns on the Israeli side, etc. They understand perfectly well the difference between law and order and gangsterism.

But culturally, the Palestinians are always ruled by thugs and demagogues and are completely unable to free themselves from their grip. At some point you have to say a people gets the leadership it deserves.
