Fantastic.... imagine making up 2 - 64 oz pitchers - that is what I drink. But it is really easy.

So far using the "Finsh (completely) what you have in your mouth and then take a drink of liquid before eating more..." almost guarantees you will drink at least 24 oz per meal or more. The rest, as you say, is gravy!

In little over a week I have lost 2 pounds by that alone! The big reason is that you eat less because you get full before you finish what is on your plate!

I guess the implied rule here is not to eat beyond when you get full.
