Yes Elroy, Right of Return can be worked out. Many of the refugees were from Tel Aviv, Jaffa and major cities in Israel. Those people will only go back to their home towns, (cause their home are long gone). Those people will create a problem for Israel and those people are more likely have settled somewhere else. The more likely people to move back are the people that are living in refugees camp. My theory is don't say there will be no ROR but say there will be RoR however we will compensate people that decide not to return.
Elroy, it is called negotiation, if you say no and I say no than you have a deadlock. Their are lots of pollsters out there, why don't they ask the people themselves and see what they say.
