micheal, shaking a stick and starving the people in Gaza will no one nowhere. Every one has something to gain from the negations. When people feel that they will be getting the short end of the deal, they will refuse to negotiate.
The negotiators must also some cultural sensitivity. You hear Nazine talk about Arafat walking away from a deal because of his pride. Palestinians are proud people you have to deal with them at that level show them respect and I see why would they not negotiate. Shake a stick and the deal is off.
