Clutching at straws is what it is. I heard a regressive news editor on the radio today say that things are looking up in Iraq and explained that the US troop death is the lowest it has been in 9 months. This is the bloodiest July of the now 4+ year old occupation of Iraq. And these people are celebrating it???!!! It is sick and disgusting beyond words... And guess what these f-wits were saying in Feb 2004, when the monthly death toll of US troops was 20? Yes, that's right - things were (supposedly) changing for the better! It makes me feel like throwing up.
