Too many. And I do not like it when a company or the TA refuses to disclose current numbers.

Has anybody had any luck getting true and accurate CURRENT numbers?

IMO, they would not gag this info if it was good, but they certainly would try to hide it if they have been diluting so much the numbers will shock people.

My Take:

12 billion authorized. 5.4 billion in the float, with 1-1.2 billion of those restricted. The last 6 billion (or most of them) have been pledged as collateral, and will be returned to the company after satisfaction of the financing put in place for Garden and Amicola. After pay-off of loan or the meeting of other pre-conditions, they should be permanently retired.

As for dilution, I am going to go with the opinions of Ihub's chartists, who say that dilution is not occurring.

Again, this is may understanding, opinion, or guess.
