Here in Northern California, I see DITECH commercials all the time, plus a few other national mortgage brokers, like Country wide, Greenlight.

Of course, housing prices are holding up well here, so the commercials are likely bought just for certain areas.

It is interesting to see Bloomberg talk about sub prime problems, when the next commercial pushes 5 year interest only loans and Refi NOW !
