No, I will only concede Clarke said that after the fact when he was angling for a hoped-for job in a wished for Kerry administration. Ironically you cited him as a source and now you're calling him a liar... Uh, thats what you have done - only in reverse order. First you said he was lying in the interview and then you cited him as a source. As for my citation of his interview, I find it significant because he was talking about real concrete things, like meetings and funding levels, not vague "sense of urgency" crap.
