My name is Meredith Monro and with me is Michael MacPhail. We are both officers of the Commission for purposes of this proceeding. Would you please raise your right hand, sir? whereupon, MICHAEL SYLVER was called as a witness and, having been first duly sworn, was examined and testified as follows: MS. MONRO: Mr. Sylver, this is an investigation by the united States securities and Exchange Commission in the matter of Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. to determine whether there have been any violations of certain provisions of the federal Securities laws. However, the facts developed in this investigation might constitute violations of other federal or state, civil or criminal laws. Now, prior to the opening of the record you were provided with a copy of the Formal Order. This Formal Order will be available for your examination during the course of the proceeding.
