Update on the REFR stock fraud:

Exhibit A:

newsday.com

<<<Stock owner Dennis DeJose of Garden City disagrees. "I feel that the prospects are enormous; they are revolutionizing the glass industry," said DeJose, who has owned the stock for several years. "I wish I had more money to buy more stock.">>>

Exhibit B:

edgar.sec.gov

Now some questions...

- How did Emily Pickrell at Newsday find Mr. Dejose? Was she referred to him by a REFR insider? If so, why?

- Mr. Dejose, by his own admission, shouldn't be gambling with speculative garbage like REFR ("I wish I had more money to buy more stock"). A simple internet search turned up his rant to the SEC, demonstrating that he is in contact with other REFR shills/gamblers and buys into the myth that REFR's uninterrupted multi-decade history of failure is somehow due to "naked shorts" and "message board postings". Exactly why would Ms. Pickrell think it a good idea to interview him?

You can contact Ms. Pickrell at:

emily.pickrell@newsday.com

I have a feeling that Mr. Dejose will see this, but
maybe we should ask him directly (assuming this email address is still valid):
