To be quite honest I have no idea why shareholders did not tender. Seemed very strange to me but I haven't seen the details of the offer.

At this time other contractual obligations of the agreement have probably been violated and Lone Star probably has the option of walking away. No way they are going to pay 15 now.

I take it you covered? You missed the spike way down in the am (I know you made a mint anyway)

There is just a ton of disbelief around these BK prospects. Thats all that holds these guys up.

I can't see an offer for common of $125m or so, either it is worth several hundred million dollars or it is worth nothing.

$400/hr hookers tend to be gorgeous, $20 an hour hookers are worth paying off to stay the hell away from you.

At this point I think it is worth their paying LEND off to stay the hell away from them.
