Exactly. If a draft is instituted today, the very same regressive moms and dads that fly those made-in-China American flags and embellished with macho bumper stickers like "Peace through use of superior fire-power" and other such crap, will rise in opposition to the war. Dumbyasshole (or rather, Karl Rove) knows this too well. That is why we see all those bonuses to lure the poor folks into the war. And even that has not been enough. They have even started allowing criminals to join. I am all for levying a special tax to fund this war and only the parents and children of those who are actually fighting in Iraq should be exempt from the tax. Even that would work quite well. Hit the people on their butts or their wallets.

Amazing how BUSH is in Minnesota with his WIFE in DAYS... a whole FOUR people dead...from a basically meaningless bridge collapse. Where the FRICK was this CLOWN after Katrina???????????????
