"Has it occurred to you that Hispanic culture is part of the culture of this country and that Spanish has become a language of this country?" There are pockets of different cultures all over this country and many different languages spoken. But do you believe that those people came to this country to be a part of the culture they left? Most want to integrate into the American culture and become part of it which includes learning the local language. And most do.
