Very nice. And in the mean time, Bush and his fellow morons are doing everything in their power to ensure America misses the boat on all these opportunities. Their fundamental strategy with China and India is flawed. I understand the desire to see those two countries join a global protocol, but there is no excuse for Bush to say America will do nothing until those two also sign up. The US should say to hell with China and India. We should remake our economy to be oil free as a first priority and coal free or at least clean coal tech, as a second priority. Then our economy will go gangbusters for decades while other countries like China and India catch up. In the mean time, their economies will suffer as oil costs rise substantially over the coming decades. Just shows you how bad it is to have a President who just doesn't have the brain power to think about forward-thinking solutions.
