Well........doctor didn't specifically write a script instructing me to eat so much pb per day, but she did tell me that it is an OK food in moderation. You see, I love pb, want to limit my carb intake, and know that protein is a very awesome substitute. You can do a search and find out more information on line than you'd like to know about pb. I used to make my own when the kids were little. Heck........I was a real gleaner.....still am kind of. Kind of because there is the two of us, and we can't eat like we used to. -gg-

I even juiced and canned the grapes so the kids could have fresh grape juice in the morning. Also dried as much fruit out of the garden I could harvest. Made fruit leather, and canned or froze the veggies. And then of course, there's the jams/jellies.

I think I have every kitchen appliance known to mankind stored in my upstairs pantry.

I like pb on celery sticks best. Little "ants" on top.

What a great snack.

;)
