The people in the US just don't give a shit now. I found a Bible that belonged to my great grandmother's sister dated 1861. My second cousin was coming back to the area so I had it special packed and sent to her where she would be staying with her inlaws. Never got a thank you collect call or a post card. Few years back my wife needed some care and a nurse trainee came by several days a week. Her truck was broken and all she owned was in the back of her truck as she was moving and the canvass cover was broken. I lent her a car, had the truck and cover fixed. 2 days later she came by and I mentioned her truck and cover were fixed and she said OK.
