SHEESH!! One of Mad Mikey's trials has been postponed AGAIN. This shouldn't be allowed: Richard Scow, Deputy District Attorney, also present. Conference at bench. Court noted this is an Attorney General case; the State was not represented. Mr. Pitaro requested a continuance as he will be in a Federal trial in another case. COURT ORDERED, trial date VACATED and RESET. O.R. 6/12/08 9:00 AM CALENDAR CALL 6/16/08 10:00 AM JURY TRIAL It does seem that there's another, now scheduled to begin on 14 January. Fingers crossed.
