It is not fear but an attempt to save human lives.

Oh BULL!! It's all about fear and making us good little boys and girls. If it was about saving lives we would start checking luggage in our planes and start checking containers and start by closing our border to every fruitcake and criminal who wants to come in. Why not do these things John?

You really think these guys are so dumb as to chat on the telephone about what they will do next? Give me a break! They are likely gobbling up our manpower resources by setting us off in all kinds of false trails. Goodness!
