No, I do not recall that. I do recall that they have been advised for the last 20 years that we are not spending enough and that we will have failures. I have attended meetings with Congressmen regarding this, so do not try to BS me. We cannot have politicians make engineering decisions. What in the world was that attorney/governor thinking? I know exactly what he did, he rejected two transportation bills, and transfered monies to pay off his election. That is what our governor/attorney in Wisconsin has done too.
