Yes. I would want him mandating it. I should have said that right up front. If Hitler mandated it, I would still think it was right. When people I do not like advocate something I do like, I don't suddenly change my mind. I got sidetracked on telling you WHY I thought it was a good idea. The matter of who is advocating it matters not at all to me. If Bush suddenly started supporting all the things I agreed with, I'd even vote for him (if I could trust he meant it)- were he able to run again.
