Sounds like the Taliban and Islamist reasoning about women, doesn't it???? At least she/they isn't/aren't advocating burkas and/or killing the mothers who don't breastfeed...yet.

Have the guts to come out and say women who aren't breast feeding are BAD MOTHERS and s/b publicly scorned and humiliated and coerced into doing the "right" thing. Thats what the issues about. You're honest enough to fess up to it.

That's my personal opinion- I wouldn't legislate it. I feel the same way about people who feed their kids badly, fail to insure they get educated, failt to make sure they exercise, etc. My personal opinion of what is bad and good has very little to do with what I would have the government legislate, though.
