I've just watched the replay of the Repub debate. You're far too intelligent to vote for Ron Paul. His positions are short-sighted. For example, his response when asked what he would do about Iraq was "bring them home". He added we can make more progress with diplomacy than warfare. That's so naive. We can't reason with lunatic jihadists, they only respect strength & determination. If diplomacy is such a magical solution, why didn't we persuade England to grant our independence without the Revolutionary War, or why didn't Europe convince Hitler with diplomacy that his aggression was not acceptable?
