it votes.. most of the bills in ca. are driving people (real tax payers) and business out of the state.

Good point, Ann....Perhaps it's up to all of us to remind Congress that WE know that!

The very same Congress that has been yipping at the Iraqi's for leaving in August....did the exact same thing. They left themselves for the month.
