I cannot complain though--for the sort of microcap
bottomfishing I've tried to do, I haven't really lost
that much money on these. Targeted Genetics has probably
taken a $10 or $20k bite out of me, but my biggest loser
by far was Genset. Heck, I made a little money on glgc,
luck I guess that I didn't own it 95% of the time it
spent declining. And they may yet pull a rabbit out
of the hat, but I doubt that I'll ever own it again.

I've great respect for the sort of DD tuck, Rick and
the others do to try and extract something out of
biotech. But honestly, I'm so far out of that league
the best thing I ever did was extract a lot of that
1999 money and lock it up in treasuries.

Gosh Ariad was brutal, then finally a lot of fun--I'll
be telling that story when I'm an old man.

Say, did you catch the youtube video file of Cramer
melting down on Friday? That's really something, I
never watch CNBC or his show, wow, his voice was
cracking and everything. Doubt it was an act--somebody
is losing real money out there now.
