Yeah, it isn't just a shrink, despite what Petz claimed, but the "tweaks" sure worked out nicely.

It's 45nm, so it's obviously a shrink. It just happens to be a shrink with the greatest number of IPC enhancements to happen to an Intel shrink, which was my point.
