No, it gave out "amazing if true" because it was unclear from the translation I was able to get. 30% power reduction for the CPU itself while adding a nice IPC boost is good enough for me, if that is all it is.

Considering the TDP is 65W... and considering that other reviews have shown G-stepping parts come in *well* below TDP, I'm guessing the 83W of measured power to either be system power, or some kind of strange error in measurement.
