But there is nothing logical about taking things to an extreme. Making Christian women wear burkas is ridiculous since it assumes that guys can't control themselves with anything less. That's a lie. We all control our actions, but who sits at a co-ed pool and doesn't think sexual thoughts if there are plenty of beautiful women around in bathing suits? Find me these people, they hardly exist. And, in my opinion, the idea that a sexual thought, not action but thought, about a married woman is a sin is already extreme, so your interpretation of things already passes my boundary of extremism. If you believe that sexual thoughts about married women in and of themselves are bad, logically it would seem that a good Christian woman should do as little as possible, when in public, to make her sexually noticeable to men since the likely outcome is going to be these "sinful sexual thoughts". A good Christian married woman should do as little as possible to promote sinful sexual thoughts in the minds of unrelated me - thus, the burka. I don't see how you can think burkas are extreme, when the burka (asexual clothing) seems to be the logical result of your beliefs on right and wrong behaviour between the sexes. Do yuo forbid your wife from wearing a bikini?
