I'm not sure what you mean. If they are published by a UK company, as I think Cambridge is, they'd be responsible for the books where ever and how ever they were sold.

Are you saying their libel laws go after books not published in the UK and not sold in the UK? I'm not sure how they can do that. Could you provide an example of a situation where the UK libel laws reach a book with no nexus to the UK?
