Bush-cheney have helped AL Qaida enormously since 2002. In fact, no has has helped AL Qaida more. If not for Bush-cheney's policies, Al Qaida would be destroyed now. Instead, it is getting stronger and stronger and may be getting arms from both Saudi Arabia and Iran. Arms that we pay for as we buy $4 gasoline Bushies have doubled in price.
