Made Jambalaya yesterday and again my rice is mushy. Am I not boiling off enough liquid before covering? Idea's? I've got the flavor and heat I want now but I still keep turning the rice to mush and it's aggravating me. Figured you'd be the one to ask:)

You would be surprised at the different kinds of sprouts... lettuce, onion, fenugreek, clover(talk about eating grass, will you...), mung beans, adzuki beans, brocolli, wheat... the list goes on and on.

Here is a pix of mine: worldhealthdepot.com

It is a bad picture but mine only cost $4.95 and each of my sets has a water distributer tray, the 4 sprouting trays and a water collector tray. It is so simple to use - toss in the seeds, remove any water in the collector tray, add 2 cups of water to the distribution tray and repeat this every breakfast and dinner meal for 4-7 days, depending on the type of seed. The harvest and use. We use them instead of lettuce on sandwiches and they taste every bit as good.

Don't get me wound up....
