You can't even ask this question...it's unthinkable!

The answer is plenty...and that is why there is nothing done about illegal immigration.

Pretty simple answer here. 0% tax results in 0 revenue. Likewise 100% tax also results in 0 revenue. Nobody will willingly pay a super high tax rate period. If my taxes were much higher than they are now, I'd quit my job and collect welfare.
