We love dense foods. The ones with lots of sugar and oil. Not much market for eating celery stalks. I follow the "Heart Scan Blog" and use the suppliments, but I am not about to zero out all wheat and sugar. Most of us are not willing to switch to "chicken, fish, fresh veggies and fruit" as a complete diet.
