Re: It's going to be fun seeing Nehalem samples tipping up before Phenom ships. I am eagerly awaiting IDF. Based on Paul Otellini's comments at the Earnings Conference, it will be worth watching closely. A Nehalem demo would certainly take the wind out of any sails AMD has been building. What can they say? Wait until Sandtiger in 2009? How much more goodwill do you think is left with their customer base? They must already be pretty pissed that Barcelona is running at 2.0GHz, and Budapest has been pretty much delayed until 2008.
