Not only smoked but smoked in pecan wood, which is about as common as a chicken wearing lipstick in your area. It's sold over the net. I was going to try some but figured out it's more of a seasoning than a breakfast sausage.

2 years ago a guy in Southeran Illinois lost 400 pecan trees to a tornado. Sent them to a mill rather than down South.
