Petz, I am happy to chalk this up as an "I don't know" and see if the mass media reviews see the same thing. The results appear to be reassuring to the assumption of great power reductions on Intel's 45nm process, but you have to take some kind of leap of faith with the results. They are too big to be CPU measurements (even including the VRM), yet they are rather small to be system measurements, unless they were taken with a rather minimalist set of system components and using integrated graphics, as Doug suggested....
