That would have been me. REITs are in a panic collapse right now, so there may be a buying opportunity here. However, I would wait to see what LUM's strategy will be going forward. Less than 2 weeks ago they said they'd pay the dividend. Now they are saying no do to margin calls.

Still a very liquid company compared to other mortgage backed lenders but risky at this point.
