i had a friend spend some time there back in 60's. he lived in the area but too sick for discharge. later big time lung problems and they wouldn't recognize it happen in Army and he was refused any disability. another friend got sucker punched in the eye in bar room in viet. and he got full disability, detached retna. flew him home to have some dr who worked on tony congilaro? surgery failed. i guess you couldn't tell he had a problem when i was him a number of years later.
